Within 20 days of receipt of your order please send an email to
Sales@HandLTackle.com containing your name, order number, and reason for
return. We will then provide you with a RMA (return merchandise
authorization number) and return instructions via email as soon as
possible. Keep in mind that some manufactures will not provide
replacements for defective items. They ask that the item be returned to
them for repair. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Some special order
items may not be returnable. H&L Tackle recommends that you inspect your
order's contents upon reciept.
Non-Defective Items:
If you wish to return any non-defective products, we will refund any
purchase within 20 days of receipt for any reason, less shipping charges.
You need to send an email to Sales@HandLTackle.com with the order number,
your name, and item being returned for a refund. We will then issue you a
RMA number. Once the item and its contents have been returned in their
proper condition, we will then refund your credit card for the full
purchase price of the item before shipping charges, less the 15%
restocking fee if applicable. Returned orders will not be accepted without
prior email notice and a RMA number. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Some special order items may be non-returnable. There is a 15% restocking
fee on returned items.
Please keep the following in mind:
- No returns will be accepted if the serial number / UPC code is
removed from the box for the item.
- No returns will be accepted after 20 days receipt.
- No returns will be accepted if the whole package contents are not
included in the return.
- No returns will be accepted without a return authorization number
(RMA) and permission from H & L Tackle.
- No returns will be accepted if the order is refused upon receipt.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
